• Participants registered as graduate or post graduate students are required to send an official    letter proving their studentship. The letter should be singed by the head of the department and sent    to Organizin Secretariat.
• Assistants/residents whose abstract has been evaluated and accepted for the congress will be    exempted from registration fee. Only one author (the presenter) of each abstract can take benefit    of this.
• Speakers, participants and company representatives shall register to take part in the program or    attend the congress.
• Registration fee includes access to scientific sessions, exhibition hall, congress documentation    (including name badge, program and certificate of attendance) and bag.
• To register with early bird rates, you’re required to send your inquiry (together with your form and    payment proof) until the end of office hours (17:00) on February 2, 2015. After this deadline,    regular registration fees will be applied for all inquiries.

DAILY FEE FOR EXTERNAL PARTICIPANTS

Daily Hotel Fee  20 Euro + 18 % VAT (per day/per person)

Room reservations shall be done through Valor Congress Organizations. If you do not book your room through Organizing Secretariat, you are required to pay daily hotel fee for each day you’ll attend the congress (20 Euro /per day, per person). Daily hotel fee is requested to be paid together with registration fee.

What is included in daily hotel fee?
Daily hotel fee includes access to opening cocktail, lunches and coffee breaks served during the congress. Guests (including participant, company representatives) will not be able to enter the facility without paying daily hotel fee for each day.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions
• Written notice should be submitted to Valör Congress Organizations for cancellations.
• In cancellations;
    Before January 2, 2015 paid registration fee will be fully refunded.
    Between January 2 and February 2, 2015 % 50 of registration fee will be refunded
    After February 2, 2015 paid registration fee will be non-refundable.
    Refunds related to cancellation will be made in 20 days after the end of the congress.

• Please note that 8% VAT shall be added to the rates above.
• Open buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, mini-bar usage and beverages in lobby bar are included    in All Inclusive System. (Beakfast on check in date and dinner on check out date are not    included.)
